Chair queries lack of paper trail

WHERE’S THE paper trail?

This is one of the questions which chairman of the Employment Rights Tribunal, Hal Gollop QC, asked yesterday as the body continued hearing the wrongful dismissal case brought by former accounting business PPM Services Limited/KPMG employee Joel Leacock.

Gollop was reacting to comments made by the first witness, Christopher Brome, now a partner in the business.

Brome, a performance manager during Leacock’s 2011-2013 period of employment, charged that management had issues with the quality of the 31-year-old former business advisor’s work and his attitude. (TY)
