OPPOSITION LEADER MIA MOTTLEY has rubbished the 2015 Financial Statement and Budgetary Proposals of Minister of Finance Chris Sinckler as deja vu and a magic show.
She said Monday’s Budget was now the sixth attempt by the Government at trying to stabilise the economy and queried what Barbadians had done to the Government other than put them in power.
“And for putting them in power,” she said, “they are to be punished year after year by incompetence, lack of vision, and the commitment of the Government to a few in this country – no more than five people – in the execution of its policies.”
