ONE MAN IS DEAD and nine others injured after an accident involving a Transport Board bus and a motorcycle last night.
Dead is 23-year-old John David Murray of Roxy Gap, Eagle Hall, St Michael.
The accident occurred around 11:10 p.m. on Welches Road, St Michael. The bus was driven by Ivan Goodridge.
Murray received serious injuries and was transported to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital by an ambulance where he later died.
Nine passengers on board the bus complained of various injuries, although none appeared to be serious, according to a release from the police. Eight of those passengers were seen by the ambulance personnel on the scene and one passenger opted to seek private medical attention.
