THE MOTHER of the six-year-old boy whose death last week in suspicious circumstances has gripped the nation, spoke publicly yesterday about her loss for the first time.
“This thing has me very confused,” 26-year-old Lasonta Gill told the MIDWEEK NATION when pressed for a comment on the death of Jahan King.
“I just want to bury my son and get this over and done with. I just want my son to rest in peace,” was all she said speaking atthe morgue of the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, where the autopsy on King’s body was being carried out.
