BUILDING NUMBER SIX in the Harbour Industrial Estate was evacuated earlier today after more than a dozen workers reported feeling unwell after smelling a gas-like odour.
Five people were taken to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital by ambulance as a precaution while nine were treated on the scene.
The building houses a number of businesses including KM2 Solutions and the Caribbean Media Corporation.
Workers were taken to a nearby pasture until the all clear was given.
The source of the odour is not yet known. (Barbados Nation)
