Motorcyclist remanded again

THE MOTORCYCLE RIDER charged in connection with the death of 68-year-old Samuel Clarke along Bank Hall Main Road on June 22, has been remanded to Dodds prison for a further 28 days.

Twenty-year-old Shawayne Deshawn Williams appeared in the District “A” Traffic Court today before Acting Magistrate Elwood Watts.

He is facing nine charges in relation to the incident including causing death by dangerous driving, driving without due care and attention, driving without consideration for other road users and not having a valid licence or insurance.  (CC)
