THE WOMAN WHOM police allege was trying to get rid of a high powered weapon will spend the next month in HMP Dodds.
Shakira Nikita Mascoll, of Ashby Alley, Nelson Street in the City appeared in the District “A” Magistrates’ Court, Criminal Court No 2 before Magistrate Kristie Cuffy-Sargeant today charged with having a firearm and 29 rounds of ammuniton both without having the requisite licences to do so on Monday.
The 26-year-old unemployed woman was not required to plead to the indictable charges which were adjourned until September 10, 2015. (GBM)
