BRING ON THE CHAMPS!
Pan American International Insurance Warrens are finally heading back to the finals, and into a showdown with champions Pinelands, having squeezed out their series against Station Hill via Tuesday’s 81-70 Game 3 win in the Co-operators General Insurance Premier League basketball play-offs.
It will be the first ever postseason meeting between the two clubs, who are set to open the best-of-five finals series tonight at the same Wildey Gym venue after Pinelands swept Warriors last weekend.
Warrens didn’t have it as straightforward, though, with the 2012 league kings being extended to a deciding third game after the Cavs fought back valiantly to level the series.
