Name changed but still poor service

EVERYONE I have spoken to has been upset by the LIME, Flow merger. They cannot understand why the merger was approved, leaving consumers without a choice of service provider. The message has been: ignore the fact that large numbers of consumers moved from LIME to Flow. Many had changed their service provider in the hope of enjoying a better service.

The contamination between LIME and FLOW has been swift. Consumers no longer have two competing companies that we can choose from. We appear to have no hope of climbing out of the slippery slope. Experiences include: slow and interrupted Internet; Lime TV frequently stops transmitting; callers often forewarn that the call may drop out after anshort while.

To get a service, consumers have to follow instructions over the phone. What a challenge for those who are sight-impaired or have mobility challenges. If you have a disability, and no access to transportation, the engineers’ advice is to get a friend to take the equipment back to LIME.

If you wait a few days the piece of equipment that is said to be faulty will mysteriously work. Returning equipment appears to be a delay tactic, to cover up inefficiencies or challenges with the provision of services.

Changing the name of the service providers has not improved its performance. It remains what it is.
