ST PHILIP RESIDENT Henderson Inniss has been hit with a double whammy.
He and his wife have been diagnosed with bronchitis, and he is reporting $250 000 in losses from his fishing business – both of which he blames on the Sargassum seaweed.
The 54-year-old, who resides with his wife and son Christopher, 25, at Bayfield – an area close to the Sargassum-affected Skeete’s Bay had developed chest pains and suffered with nausea, particularly at nights.
To get relief, they were forced to shut their windows in their home.
Then their health took a turn for the worse after a clean-up at Skeete’s Bay.
