NO DONATION is too big or too small.
This was an appeal made at the launch of Honey Jam 2015 by entertainer Nikita Warrington, who also goes by the stage name Karma.
Warrington, a Dominican by birth, and a member of the Dominica Association of Barbados, was earlier so overcome by emotion to see the level of devastation in her homeland left in the wake of Tropical Storm Erika, that she could not perform last night.
“We have partnered with the Red Cross in an effort to assist our brothers and sisters in need. We do have supplies, more than what we thought we had, but the terrain is so badly damaged that these things are only accessible by helicopters.
