FOR THE SECOND TIME TODAY, a 4.0 magnitude earthquake was recorded off the northeast coast of Barbados.
At 4:39 p.m., approximately 140 km offshore, the UWI Seismic Research Centre recorded the quake. It was at 13.82 North and 58.56W at a depth of 10km.
This follows the earlier quake at 1:28 p.m., some 122km to the northeast of Bridgetown.
The first quake was recorded at 13.91N, 58.85W, also at a depth of 10km. (SAT)
