FIFTH FORMERS of the Graydon Sealy Secondary School got a glimpse yesterday into the functioning of the law courts when they received a surpriseĀ visit from past student and Minister of TransportĀ and Works Michael Lashley.
Lashley implored the students to strive and to be committed and dedicated to their work.
āI remember when I graduated from law school,Ā as a young lawyer I had to find a senior lawyer to attach myself to and [work] wasnāt always easy. But hard work paid off because I am here to tell you that story today.
āAt your age, I wanted to hop on a ship and play bass guitar like my brother Stephen, but my mother said no, I needed to do my exams,ā he added.
