Gunned down

A SIXTY-THREE-YEAR-OLD businessman was shot dead yesterday afternoon, the victim of two armed bandits.

Stanley Michelini was reportedly robbed and shot twice at his business place in rural St Thomas.

Michelini, owner of the West Coast Garden Centre at Westmoreland, St James, was attacked around 3 p.m. while he was at another branch at Bucks, St Thomas. Police are investigating.

Michelini’s widow, Zoe, was emotional when she arrived at the entrance to the business where her husband was shot.
