Police looking for witnesses to businessman’s shooting

POLICE ARE APPEALING for the public’s assistance with their investigations into the unnatural death of 63-year-old businessman Stanley Michelini of Mount Stanford, St James.

They are asking for information from anyone who may have been travelling along Highway 2A at its junction with Bucks, St Thomas between 1 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. on Friday September 25, 2015, who may have seen two suspicious men, suspicious vehicles or a bareback man running in the direction of Highway 2A.

Witnesses are asked to contact police emergency number 211, Crime Stoppers at 1-800-TIPS (8477), District ‘E’ at 419-1737, 419-1730, or the nearest police station.
