St Michael South dismantle The City

St Michael South made amends for their first round loss in the David Thompson Memorial Constituency Councils Football Classic with a 4-0 thrashing of City of Bridgetown when the tournament continued at Brereton on Friday.

It was hardly the outcome many were looking for as the City had easily rolled over their previous opponents. However, their defenders just could not find the answer against Tristan “Fishy” Parris and Arantes Lawrence who waltzed into their territory with relative ease.

It was the always dangerous Parris who put St Michael South ahead in the eighth minute with a strike that showed they meant business. Rommell Bynoe scored the first of his two goals in the 29th minute while Parris almost made it 3-0 but his shot went wide.
