Springer eyeing netball final

SPRINGER MEMORIAL are eyeing another final in the Barbados Secondary Schools Netball League.

They will come up against Queen’s College in semi-final action at the Netball Stadium today.

Springer Memorial marched into the last four after defeating The Lodge School in the quarter-finals last week, winning 30-16.

Goal shooter Shaquila Davis led the way with 19 goals from 29 attempts while Khadija Domingo scored 11 goals from 16 attempts at goal attack. The Lodge School’s goal attack Trishan Deane scored 11 goals from 18 attempts while goal shooter Crystal Cadogan scored five goals from eight attempts.

Queen’s College booked their spot when they defeated Coleridge and Parry School 30-27. (PG)
