LUCKY HORSESHOE WELCHES have put wrong things right.

Beaten in last year’s Barbados Cricket League (BCL) Twenty20 final, the St Thomas team redeemed themselves yesterday by defeating L&N Workshop The Whim by eight wickets in a one-sided final at Kensington Oval.

The Whim, hailing from St Peter, were restricted to 94 for nine and Welches, fielding several former Division 1 players, cruised to their target in only 12.5 overs and lost just two wickets in the process.
