CAMPUS SECURITY at the Cave Hill Campus of the University of West Indies have not been able to verify an alleged attack which a student claimed she suffered while on campus.

Earlier this week the student body was sent into a frenzy after reports circulated that a female student was missing. The 23-year-old student was found several hours after at Batts Rock beach in a disoriented state.

It was later revealed that she was grabbed by men while attempting to enter her vehicle. A bag was placed over her head and she was shoved into a car and driven away.

However, that was all the student could recall after she was discovered in a dishevelled state. (MB)
