DIGICEL Barbados’ prepaid customers are now able to stream music from their favourite apps on select plans without affecting their quota.

In a first for the Caribbean, Digicel has launched its “Setting Music Free” together with a new suite of Prepaid Data plans, all in addition to the current offering of free WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.

Mark Conway, Commercial Director for Digicel, indicated with this latest launch Digicel’s value offerings had gone to a new level.

“We are really excited to introduce these new plans that allow the consumer to stream music free of charge wherever they are from apps such as Soundcloud, Pandora, Tune In and Last FM on the island’s fastest 4G network. It is just another example of our commitment to providing the best in value to our loyal customers.”

By topping up, customers are now not only eligible to win a share of a quarter million dollars in cash and prizes in the More the Merrier Christmas promotion, but can dial *153# to activate a new plan to immediately benefit from the new plans.

“When it comes to innovation, Digicel has always led the way and this is another exciting product designed with the customer in mind,” Conway said. (PR)
