WHILE DARIAN KING is well known for his prowess on the tennis court, not many know that he is a skilled footballer.
His love and passion for the sport were on full display on Sunday night in the final of the David Thompson Memorial Constituency Council Football Classic at Kensington Oval.
King was instrumental in leading Christ Church East Central to an emphatic 3-0 victory over St Michael Central for their second successive title.
He was also in the thick of things when they won their first title back in 2013, when he was named as the tournament’s Most Valuable Player.
