A FIFTH unsung hero who rescued British visitors Dana Chowdhry and Jena Elhusainie from danger on Monday night has come forward.

He is Adrian Franklyn, a security officer at Jordan’s Supermarket in Speighstown, St Peter.

Franklyn contacted the DAILY NATION after the story of the rescue of the mother and daughter appeared in yesterday’s newspaper, highlighting the bravery of four young men – Kevin Payne, Joseph Grazette, Nico Hudson and Jabari Worrell, employees at Naru’s Restaurant – who without hesitation, chased the perpetrator and captured him.

The 43-year-old Franklyn said he was relaxing on the Richard Haynes Boardwalk in Hastings, Christ Church, with his girlfriend when the incident occurred.
