DR WILLIAM DUGUID is back in the fray.
Just after 2:30 this afternoon, the man who retired from elective politics in 2012 announced he would be seeking the nomination to once again represent Christ Church West for the Barbados Labour Party in the next general elections.
His return comes after current constituency representative Dr Maria Agard was expelled from the BLP. (HLE)
