DUBAI – Ashley Nurse took two wickets for 28 runs and then scored a match-winning 25 not out off nine balls to seal a three-wicket victory for West Indies against Warwickshire in their second T20 on Sunday.

The 27-year-old was named Man-of-the-Match. He added a vital seventh-wicket stand of 55 in four overs with skipper Darren Sammy – who made 34 off 18 balls.

Earlier Johnson Charles made 48 off 26 balls with five fours and four sixes to provide the ideal start on a good pitch at Dubai International Stadium.

Nurse hit the winning runs – a superb straight drive to the boundary – which sealed the West Indies’ fourth victory on this trip to the United Arab Emirates.
