UNBEATEN Franklyn Stephenson Academy will be vying to go one step further today when they oppose champions Fusionz Boutique Juniors at Bennetts in St Thomas in the semi-final of the Barbados Cricket Supplies Under-13 competition.
In the other encounter at Dayrells Road, CounterPoint Wanderers Juniors will entertain Isolation Cavaliers Juniors. Both games will bowl off at midday.
Franklyn Stephenson Academy, in their third year in the competition, have reached the final four for the second successive year. Fusionz Boutique Juniors won the first three titles and were victorious again last year.
Fusionz Boutique Juniors came within one ball of giving up their outstanding record of reaching all eight finals, winning by five wickets off the last ball in the quarter-finals against Co-Operators General Insurance St Catherine Juniors. (PR)
