Harper-Hall handing over CNA baton

REGIONAL sports dame Kathy Harper-Hall has passed the baton of presidency of the Caribbean Netball Association (CNA) to Rufina Paul of St Lucia after serving in that role for 20 successive years.

Harper-Hall will continue functioning as president until the conclusion of the Jean Pierre Under-16 Tournament, which starts tomorrow with defending champions Barbados facing Grenada at 6 p.m. at the Netball Stadium. The action, which has seen the return of Caribbean powerhouse Jamaica, will climax next Friday.

The eight teams involved are: Grenada, Jamaica, Trinidad and Tobago, St Lucia, Dominica, Bermuda, Antigua and Barbuda and Barbados.
