Seek new bank friends overseas

HOW DO YOU battle a foe that pretends to be a friend but then, in so-called friendship, creates obstacles so great that you eventually are effectively de-friended and reduced to servitude?

Simple answer: Power over the powerless by those who seek to continue controlling the world’s financial, trade and military systems, but see their power being gradually eroded.

This so-called de-risking, where we lose access to correspondent banks, is the latest attempt to demonstrate that they are still in control of the world. They are, however, not in control. They are in fact in the throes of defeat this is why they are not only casting  their nets widely to indiscriminately capture the innocent, but like ‘long -line fishermen’ are trolling their baited hooks to capture all, including those who mistook the hooks for a meal.

We now stand to lose the processing of critical financial instruments such as cash, cheques, money orders, wire transfers – including remittances, and credit and debit cards. How will regional institutions survive if members are unable to pay their dues on the one hand, or get financial benefits on the other?

I am suggesting that we must look to different strategies, even if it means allowing banks from “non-traditional countries” with branches in America – or no branches like “ally bank” – to set up in each of our regional countries. Each new regional bank would then deal with their parent.
