SHANIQUE MYRIE is in the spotlight again.
This time, the 28-year-old Jamaican has been arrested and charged by police in the United States for allegedly assaulting her American husband last February 26.
Myrie was to attend a court hearing Wednesday but her trial has been postponed until May 5.
According to the STAR newspaper in Jamaica, the woman who gained notoriety five years ago when she accused local immigration and police airport authorities of cavity searching her at the Grantley Adams International Airport, charged that her estranged husband, Troy Pusey, is emotionally unstable.
