Two charged in drug bust

POLICE HAVE FORMALLY arrested and jointly charged two men in connection with Thursday’s drug seizure off Carlisle Bay.

They are Augustine Decourcey Adams, a 41-year-old Welder of Vault Road, Welchman Hall, St Thomas and 42-year-old fisherman Ryan Oneal Rollins of Landsdown, Silver Sands, Christ Church.

They have been jointly charged with possession of cannabis, possession with intent, trafficking and importation. Police reportedly seized a boat and 212 pounds of marijuana.

Adams and Rollins are expected to appear at the District A Magistrates Court on Saturday. (PR/SAT)
