THE MINISTRY OF Transport and Works has advised the public that owing to major road damage resulting from water erosion, the road at Bathsheba, St Joseph has been closed.

This closure will be for approximately four to six weeks, during which gabion structures will be constructed to reinforce the road.

The road is accessible up to the Round House Hotel and motorists will need to follow the road signage for alternative routes.

The Ministry of Transport and Works apologised for the inconvenience and thanked the public for its patience. (PR/NB)
