POLICE HAVE ARRESTED and charged 40-year-old Henderson Sylvester Burgess for not being in possession of a Certificate of Purchase for fifteen pounds of cassava which were found in his possession.
Police say they encountered the man who has no fixed place of abode around 12:30 a.m. this morning at Church Village, St Philip.
He allegedly had a bag containing the crop and was unable to produce a certificate. (PR/NB)
