BUT members gather in Queen’s Park

QUEEN’S PARK IS currently a sea of red as hundreds of teachers from around the island continue their Barbados Union of Teachers-led industrial action.

Before the scheduled 9:30 a.m. kick off, the disgruntled teachers had already reported to the Bridgetown site as a result of recent issues in the educational system.

Here they plan to discuss matters surrounding violence in schools and marking of School Based Assessments, among other topics. (AD)
