A MAN COULD soon be charged in connection with the murder of Veldene Hinds.
Police today reported “a significant breakthrough” in the case and said a man was assisting with investigations into the killing of the 57-year-old.
A release said charged may be proffered soon.
Hinds, of Carrington Village, St Michael was shot in the back of the head while travelling in the back seat of a vehicle on May 1 along Barbarees Hill, St Michael.
