COMMISSIONER OF POLICE Tyrone Griffith is sticking to his guns.

In the wake of the gun deaths of three people within three weeks, Griffith maintains that guns are being smuggled into the country through the airport, seaport and other legal points of entry.

The latest death occurred on Thursday night when attackers opened fire on a group of limers at Neil’s Tenantry, St Michael, killing 40-year-old Scherno Rose.

“I’ve asked that the people responsible for borders, you and I collaborate and people took it in the wrong light,” the police chief said.
