Track and field darling Akela Jones couldn’t defend her heptathlon title yesterday after handing it back to Georgia Bulldog rival Kendell Williams following a disastrous 800 metres run at the NCAA Division 1 Outdoor Track and Field Championships in Eugene, Oregon.
