MINISTER OF SOCIAL CARE Steve Blackett has been left at a loss for words on recent gun-related deaths.
Yesterday, he told the media he was concerned about the murders of young people – not only as a Cabinet minister, but also as an everyday Barbadian.
“As a Barbadian I’m really concerned, especially about the deaths of our young people,” Blackett said after a National Assistance Board church service for World Elder Abuse Awareness Day, at the Bank Hall Church of the Nazarene. (AD)
