HILTON BARBADOS RESORT has captured three major awards, including the chain’s Hotel Of The Year 2015, full service resort, in the entire Americas.
This was announced recently by general manager George Stanfield, during a special team meeting at which he said: “Winning these awards is a major achievement because for Barbados to capture the Hotel Of The Year Award from among more than 3 000 other Hilton properties in the Americas, including the entire United States, all of Central and South America and all of the Caribbean, is the best Independence gift we, as a team, could gain for the island.
“Not only did we win Hotel Of The Year but we also won the Genius Of The AND Award for the second consecutive year to become the only hotel in the entire Americas to achieve that feat in many years – another massive accomplishment. Added to this we also took the Global Team Member Opinion Of The Year Survey category, scoring the highest in our category in the Americas.” (PR)
