BARBADOS HAS RECORDED its fourth unnatural death for the month of June.

Dead is 44-year-old David “Chester” Yearwood of Browne’s Avenue, Bayville, St Michael.

Preliminary reports indicate he was on his way to visit a friend in Chelsea Road, St Michael when he collapsed on the front steps of a home in the area.

No one was in the vicinity when he collapsed and his body was discovered a short while later by passersby.

Bystanders and onlookers gathered at the scene with looks of shock etched on their faces as they offered their condolences to his mother Eugene Yearwood and sister Noelle Yearwood, who wailed uncontrollably over her brother’s body until Two Sons Funeral Home arrived to remove it.

Earlier this month, Carline Eastmond-Maynard collapsed and died on the way to work, 17-year-old Azariah Lewis died on the job at the Esso Black Rock gas station and Sylvester Trotman died yards from home at Belle Gully, St Michael. (RA
