THE ROAD AT FITTS VILLAGE, St James was impassable for a brief time this afternoon.
Two minibuses which were heading to Bridgetown were involved in a collision.
They blocked the road, almost three abreast with a truck (see below) from the Barbados Water Authority (BWA).
The BWA crew was working in the area near Jordans Supermarket. That vehicle eventually moved off, leaving the two vans behind and traffic was able to pass again. (BN)
