High numbers for Kadooment, Foreday

THIS YEAR’S Crop Over Festival has seen a record high number of registrations for Grand Kadooment and Foreday Morning.

Minister of Culture Stephen Lashley made this revelation while speaking at the unveiling of an artist’s display at Sky Mall, Haggatt Hall, St Michael, yesterday.

Soca Royale recorded record sales last year and we expect the same this year. The ticket sales so far have shown a projection beyond what we saw last year. We have also seen an increased number of registrations this year for Grand Kadooment and a phenomenal increase for Foreday Morning. In spite of some of the issues that were circulating, people are still going to be on the road having a good time.
