Acting Superintendent of the Royal Barbados Police Force Bruce Rowe gave this warning to persons attending the Foreday Morning Jam as well as Grand Kadooment.
He said the police presence at Foreday Morning will be enhanced by 100 per cent compared to previous years.
Rowe made the comments today while addressing a Press conference at the National Cultural Foundation’s headquarters concerning the Foreday Morning jam which takes place on Friday night.
He said in addition to the enhanced police presence the route will be well lit.
Rowe assured revellers and spectator that they could comfortably enjoy the event.
Fifty-seven bands are expected to participate in this year’s Jam which starts at 11 p.m. (LK)
