LIL RICK COPPED yet another major award this 2016 Crop Festival, winning the Tune of the Crop on Republic Bank Grand Kadooment day.
Lil Rick’s patriotic I’z a Bajan took the top prize of $7 500, beating Bashment Soca king Stiffy into second place with Tek off Something.
Stiffy earned $5 000.
Marzville and Mighty Grynner were joint third with Bang Bim and Turn On De Speaker, respectively, each winning $1 000.
It is the third prize for Lil Rick who also won the Party Monarch with the popular song as well as Stag Jam Tune for Foreday Morning. (SAT)
