2015 ‘a pivotal year’ for volleyball

THOUGH 2015 was defined by a great deal of doubt for the Barbados Volleyball Association (BVA) they were successful in acing their objectives.

“The year 2015 was a pivotal year for the BVA because it certainly was a year of uncertainty,” said first vice-president Kenmore Bynoe.

Bynoe made the assessment during his address at the BVA’s Goddard Enterprises awards ceremony at the Barbados Olympic Association’s headquarters on Saturday night.

One of the challenges, Bynoe revealed, was not being able to receive assistance from Government with the hosting of the Caribbean Junior Volleyball Championships(RG)
