Scott succumbs to injuries

THE PURITY BAKERIES EMPLOYEE who suffered burns to 90 per cent of his body in an accident at his workplace succumbed to his injuries yesterday.

Days after a family member said they would need to send the 30 year-old father of one overseas for treatment for his injuries, Jamar Scott died at the 1:45 p.m. at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Saturday.

His passing was confirmed by Acting Police Public Relations Officer Station Sergeant Roland Cobbler. (HLE)
