A SENIOR ADMINISTRATOR at the University of the West Indies wants the laws changed so the university could grow marijuana at its College Land, St John project.

Attorney General Adriel Brathwaite told the WEEKEND NATION that if UWI officials wanted the laws changed, they should submit their proposals to the Ministry of Home Affairs.

“They are free to approach us,” he said.  (HLE)
