Breakthrough in Friday’s shooting

POLICE ARE REPORTING a breakthrough into the shooting death of Kevin Ricardo Brewster.

A man is said to be in custody assisting with those investigations.

Brewster, 34, of Arsenal Playing Field Road, Jackson, St Michael, was shot in the back of the head last Friday afternoon in the area of the Nazarene Church.

He was rushed by ambulance to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital where he succumbed to his injuries. (PR/SAT)
