SHAMAR OMAR ISHMAEL was remanded to HMP Dodds when he appeared in court today.
The 25-year-old of 1st Ave Jackson, St Michael, was charged with last Friday’s murder of Kevin Brewster.
Brewster, of Arsenal Playing Field Road, Jackson, was shot in the back of the head around 2:45 p.m.
He was taken to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital by ambulance, but succumbed to injuries.
Ishmael was not required to plead to the charge when he appeared before Magistrate Kristie Cuffy-Sargeant in District “A” Criminal Court No. 2.
He was remanded until November 8. (TKS)
