POLICE HAVE IDENTIFIED the body found on a beach at Foul Bay, St Philip as David Nicholas Blenman.
The 26-year-old man’s address was Heywoods, St Peter.
Blenman’s naked body was discovered early this morning by two people walking the beach.
A hired vehicle was parked nearby stuck in the sand. (AC)
