THE BARBADOS PUBLIC WORKERS Cooperative Credit Union (BPWCCUL) has launched a micro-business loan which should bring some cheer to entrepreneurs.
Today the credit union announced that it would be providing loans to suitable applicants, to the maximum of $20 000.
The announcement was made at the BPWCCUL’s Keith Bourne Complex, Belmont Road, St Michael during an event which was attended by numerous entrepreneurs and government officials.
Member relations manager with responsibility for loans Philip Babb said the offer was in response to demand from members.
Applicants will be required to submit a business plan and supporting documentation to receive the loan. (TG)
