Fogging Schedule December 5 to 8

THE VECTOR CONTROL UNIT in the Ministry of Health continues its fogging programme next week in selected areas to control the Aedes aegypti mosquito population.

On Monday, the districts in St Philip to be fogged are: Rices Tenantry, Foul Bay Tenantry, Heddings New Road, Heddings Development, Heddings Gardens, Ocean City, Harmony Lodge, Greenpoint, Gemswick and environs.

Christ Church and St John will be targeted on Tuesday when Charnocks, Hopefield Development, Spencers Hill, Eastmond Road, Cheshire, Pool Land, Four Roads, Cherry Grove and surrounding areas will be fogged.

Spraying continues on Wednesday in St James and St Michael. The team will be in Oxnards Road, Olive Drive, Tulip Drive, Croton Drive, Blue Bell Drive, Oxnards Heights, Pile Bay, Brandons, Holders Land, Bird’s River, Bayswater, Exmouth Gap and neighbouring districts.

On Thursday, the areas to be fogged in St Michael will be Wildey, Gas Product Gap, Flagstaff, Ifill Road, Streats Road, Clapham Ridge, Clapham Park, Fordes Road, Rendezvous Ridge, Simmons Road, Club Morgan, Plantation Walk, Bonnetts, Bonnetts Housing Area and surrounding areas.

Fogging takes place from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. daily. Householders are reminded to open their windows and doors so that the spray can enter. (BGIS)
